Additional information regarding lottery events, and how an organization can be considered eligible, can be found on our Licence Requirements webpage.
The completed application package should be submitted at least 7 days prior to the date which the applicant intends to conduct the bingo event.
Completed Bingo Lottery application form ;. Applicants for a licence shall indicate the detailed procedures to be followed for all bingo games.
The use of proceeds raised from the bingo event must be approved by the Licensing Office in accordance with the organization's mandate and Provincial Regulations.
NOTE: A lottery trust account must be opened by the organization with a minimum of two signing officers no family members allowed.
Should the organization conduct raffles as well, they may deposit the bingo proceeds into their raffle account. The Municipality of Chatham-Kent currently has two pooling bingo halls, Wallaceburg Hometown Bingo Association and Riverview Bingo Palace.
The following information pertains to clubs conducting bingos at either of these halls. When applying for your bingo sessions, please complete both the Bingo Licence Application and the Member Organization Declaration form.
It is important that both forms are fully completed and submitted on time to ensure your clubs eligibility for upcoming bingos.
Organizations conducting bingo events at either of these halls are required to submit a Charitable Gaming Event Report after every bingo event.
This report is to be submitted to the Hall Charities Association Administrator. Additionally, organizations are responsible for completing a monthly Charitable Gaming Report.
The Charitable Gaming Report is to be submitted to the Municipality of Chatham-Kent. This report replaces the Quarterly Report.
Only your organizations monthly bank statement and monthly bingo disbursement report need to be submitted with the completed report form.
The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario AGCO requires that the Charitable Gaming Report and the Charitable Gaming Event Report be submitted no later than 30 days following month end.
Consistency in reporting is an integral part of the AGCO's licensing, compliance and enforcement activities across the province.
